Holler PDF Update?

The latest PDF download for Holler does not have an index, just an empty lonely page that stares back at me. It's v1.2 dated Mar 10.

I just noticed the blank index pages too. I downloaded it again in case a new version had come out but no, it's the same one. If it helps the Pinnacle folks I toggled every layer there and no change and I opened it with Adobe Acrobat Reader 2022.003.20282, and Firefox, and Chrome.
