  • Movement out of combat, sprinting

Reading the Adventure Edition rules for Movement, p. 92.

Out of combat situations, for the example given, "Thus a Fleet-Footed character with Vigor d6 can sprint at a Pace of 32 for three minutes", does this mean the character has a Pace of 32 per 3 minutes (10.67 per minute)? That doesn't look right; I think I'm missing something.

Per Movement, "Characters can move a number of tabletop inches equal to their Pace each turn," so Pace is the number of tabletop inches (2 yards per 1") the character can move per turn (6 seconds).

Meaning in the example, for three minutes the Fleet-Footed character can sprint at a Pace of 32 which is 32" per turn, or 64 yards per 6 seconds, or 640 yards per minute.

    Hope that helps!
