Sidekick and Joker's Wild
Pre-SWADE, Clint had stated that Sidekicks do not get Bennies with Joker's Wild. Now that Joker's Wild is core in SWADE, does this ruling still stand?

The ruling still stands. Sidekick is their designation, but they're not Player Characters. Note the wording, emphasis mine:
JOKER’S WILD: When a player character draws a Joker during combat, all player characters receive a Benny!
