    The innate power doesn't mention if it is minor or major. I think that major makes more sense for this creature.

    That's a rolled innate power (it reads: Persuasion).

      All Innate powers indicates if it’s minor or major (rolled with a raise). Empathy gives +1 to a roll in a trait (persuasion in the case of succumbed) or +2 with a raise and on Persuasion skill there’s on her stat block there is no modifier applied. So, it’s important to known if it’s a minor or major.

      Automatic powers are either minor or major. Rolled powers are neither, since the roll result makes the power either fail, succeed, or succeed with a raise.

      Simaruk oh, I see it now. I thought that “persuasion” was the trait that the power can changed only. Thanks for clarify it for me
