  • [SPC2] Telekinesis and Force Control Max Weight

Which weight counts for the Strength of Telekinesis and Force Control Power?

The Max Weight Entry or the Load Limit Value from the Super Strength Table?

I assume it would be the Load Limit Value, because the user of this Powers would'nt suffer from Load Limit Penalties to Strength and Dexterity and that would make him better than a character with Super Strength which would suffer from it.
Take the best of everything and build something new of it.

Nothing in either power says the character would not suffer Load Limit penalties for heavier objects. In fact, Force Control notes that its Strength works "just as if it were a character’s Strength," and Telekinesis says its Strength is used to damage targets using Throwing or Fighting "as if it were wielded by a character of the same Strength."

So in short, the Strength of both works the same as "normal" Strength which includes suffering penalties for exceeding the Load Limit to Agility, Strength, and linked skills. Basically, carrying more weight with the powers is still a strain on the character.

    Hope that helps.
