I have been unable to edit my posts. I have also been unable to add comments to some recent threads despite being subscribed to the thread. Help! It is hard to avoid confusion if I can't edit my comments. And if I want to ask a comment about a past topic I am being forced to start a whole new topic. I think I must have done something wrong, but I haven't found anything in the usual suspects. NOTE: now it works!

Posts in any of the Official Answers topics can't be edited. It's primarily for the same reason only official PEG folks can reply there, to avoid potential confusion.
If an answer or original question was unclear, just make a follow-up post for clarification.
