  • DLR Harrowed Permanent Injury question

My Harrowed went down temporarily when the Posse had to put him down with a gut-shot. Rolling on the injury table, he got a permanent Guts: Battered and lost one vigor die. Is this injury permanent as per the table in Savage Worlds, or does it repair itself along with the whole "Manitou spends a week fixing up the body." (All heal checks for the 3 wounds when he woke up were of course Weekly and Meat-Based)

Per the current Harrowed rules in the Stone and a Hard Place Players Guide, "However, if he “dies” due to anything other than a head shot, he’s only put down for 1d6 days, after which he wakes up with three wounds."

So barring a head shot, 1d6 days later the character gets up with no Injury and three wounds.
