Shane's Birthday?

#1 Postby Balance » Fri Sep 05, 2003 10:50 am

Well, since it's getting close to the Big Day, I thought I should see if there's going to be a dinner or anything for Shane while he's at Gamesfest Richmond? I'm willing to chip in, and completely understanding if he he'd like to spend it with his family... But if there's interest, I'm up for contributing to a fan-sponsored dinner...

Of course, I'd like to get others involved so it's not just a single stalker fan. it should be a bunch of stalker fans or nothing!
Still looking for a good steak.

Depends on if I end up going to Gamesfest. I've caught the Convention Bug, and I'd like to go since it's not too far away, but I also have to get a job real soon!

Um, there's no way I could make it. Besides my stalking days are over since the last restraining order.

Well, it appears that Gamesfest Richmond has been canceled or postponed due to Isabel, anyway.

To the tune of "Happy Birthday to You":

Happy birthday to Shane

if this were Call of Cthulhu
you'd be driven insane!

Well, happy birthday anyway, Shane, and thanks for the great game! :)

Cakes for everyone! :D

Its a tradition in British offices that mystifies me... The person who's birthday it is is expected to buy all his collegues cream cakes.

Why? I don't know, I suspect a conspiracy involving organised crime, thought ray machines and the Guild of bakers though

First it's the Dwarven Ale War, and now the Half-folk Pastry War?

On the plus side, i think Blacksburg is relatively safe, and Shane'll get to spend his birthday with his family, i presume...

(Although he is NOT allowed to cut the cake, I believe...)

Both pale into insignificance when compared to the unholy holocaust that is unleashed when Dragons Disagree About Clogs!

 Happy Birthday Shane
