You can't cast more than a single power in a given round according to the SW rules (Actions/Multiple Actions: second paragraph, p.59 SWRRB), so being able to do so would probably be best handled as a Power Edge of some sort.

Thanks. I myself am quite happy limiting it to one spell per round, as that also solves the problem of backlash and is much faster.
