[HoER] Questions

The EMP power lists a duration and upkeep cost, but the text says that "Affected electronics are fried, and need to be replaced." Does the spell permanently destroy electronics, or only disable them while it is being maintained?

What is the range for 20mm and 40mm grenade launchers? There are different listings in the stats for the weapons themselves and in the ammo section.

The Toxic Shaman NPC is listed as having an "SA Assault Rifle" and 7.62mm ammo. Should this be a "Ripper," or some other gun?

Does Slow Burn include any AP to supplement its damage? This has come up a few times in the HOE forum, and Cutter directed us over here.

Can vehicles switch back and forth between spook juice and gasoline?

Does fatigue gained from overkill affect the casting roll of the power the syker is boosting?

Does a junker with the scrounger professional edge double the number of components she finds?

The electronics are fried, but the power has a duration and can be maintained, meaning any electronics that enter the area during that time are affected as well. Great way to block a location from any electronics entering it.

Use the actual grenade launcher stats.

It'd be a Ripper and 50 caliber ammo.

Slow Burn ignores armor.

Yep. If it can run on spook juice, it can run on gas (not the other way around though).

Nope. The decision just has to be made before damage is rolled, but that comes after the activation roll.

Nope. Scrounger doubles the "normal results" not the bonus result for Junkers. They need Scavenger Supreme to increase the number of components found.
