Custom Slipstream Character Minis

#1 Postby Rophan » Thu Oct 06, 2011 1:15 am

I just finished modifying some of my minis the other day for my homeschool Slipstream game. I don't mind the paper minis for bad guys and NPCs, but I figured the kids needed decent figures for their characters. If you'd like a look at what I came up with, you can check out my blog post here

(Sorry for the link away from the forum, I tried to post the pictures directly here, but they turned out frighteningly huge.)

Nice!

I like that rocketship! You may consider your paperclip-fin idea...borrowed.

Here are my three figures based on a character in my game, a Valkyrie called Freydis.

The one on your left is the official figure flat.
The one in the middle is from reaper in the chrononaut line I think. I had ideas to add sequins to the guns to make them more spacey, but never got to it.

The one on the right is my own work, such as it is. Oddly enough it is the one preferred by the player.

I did some pictures of aliens not pictured in the book that could be used as figure flats.
