[Classic] Have these books every been in print?

I'm wondering if the following titles ever benn printed or if they are pdf only releases:

Lost Colony - Companion
Hell on Earth - Cardstock Cowboys #4 - The Combine

The second I don't know, but I bought the printed companion when it came out. I remember because it looks like someone printed a pdf, not a finished published book.

The Companion was briefly available as Print on Demand somewhere. It never made it into print as we know it.

Also not sure about the cowboys. When were they released?
28/12/09 Scooter just bought a Deadlands book... In a Japanese Gaming store... And the clerk knew what it was. Awesome.

I know the 1st was Print on Demand.
Low quality.

I think the cardstocks were.
I bought all of the cardstocks for both games, but have them all packed away, and don't recall which exactly.
