3x5" NPC cards

#1 Postby Phillipe D'Oro » Tue Oct 06, 2009 11:42 pm

Somebody must have created something like this before, but I can't find it, so:
Image

5 3x5 NPC file cards, arranged to fit on one 8.5x11" sheet of paper. Print on cardstock and cut out.

For this first draft, I'm using a simple PC Character Sheet by Cheyenne Wright (used with permission). After I playtest it a little, I may modify it to suit the purpose better.

any chance you can provide a version sized for 3x5 so we can print directly to index cards?

I agree, the image could be larger.

I have been using 3x5s for my SW games for a while. They are easier than flipping through a book and everything is in a standardized format that I use.

I never thought of actually using a character sheet on 3x5!

OK, edited it to present the full sized original. It should print out at 275 dpi to fill an 8.5 x 11" page.

If you want just one copy of the sheet, just go to the link above for Cheyenne Wright and scroll down to the character sheet you want. He's got lots of them!

Note that Cheyenne's original image was shaped for 8.5x11, not 3x5. When I have a better idea what I want, reshaping the card will be part of the redesign.

I did make a 3x5 card available awhile back, if folks are interested...

Looks like the image links are broken though. At least for me.

Works OK for me, and they look pretty good. Thanks Emryys. What font is that, anyway?

here is a 3x5 index card i created that resembles the D&D 4e monster stat block.

it's in Word document if anyone wants to download it:
