As long as you don't turn into Casey Jones...

I would like to see more of this, sounds awesome.

Call me a newbie, but on the link that was posted by Amaril, I was looking at the character profiles and it listed powers. Did I miss that section in the Explorers Guide?

There are powers from the Arcane Backgrounds in the Explorer's Guide, but the powers listed in the link are from Necessary Evil, a supers setting.

Yep, those are using the Arcane Background from Necessary Evil. I did them before the newest version of NE came out so some of the powers (Armor for example) would be different now.

The NE super powers are great even if you don't use the setting.

Damn, haha. Another book I need to get.

Did the turtles etc have the arcane background edge in their write-ups?

Do Shredder, he would be a beast.

Any new TMNT conversions I should be aware of??? Anyone working on any???

I had a player in my group tonight ask if I could run a Savage Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game and I told him I would look for a conversion online... I've seen Norm's characters, but wondering if there's anything else out there.

I was thinking about this earlier today, actually.

I'd use the SPC, street level, full power.
Turtles would have Armor 1 (shell), 2 combat edges, and +2 Strength, +1 Vigor, all with a Mutation trapping.
Casey Jones would have them same 10 power points, with the Training trapping.

Helpful?

Was thinking around this today. Though I havent seen another conversion for the character creation I would use base either Supers Companion or Necessary Evil, add the animal races as if they were full humanoid - base these on those found in the various TMNT RPG guides, then add a Hindrance called something like "Stunted Mutation" where each level of Stunted Mutation puts the race closer to the standard races animal type - base these levels also on the TMNT RPG rules.

It would be interesting to run "After the Bomb" or maybe some "Transdimensional Turtles" using a system like this...

Hmm... project time maybe... :)

Here is a first beta thing^^: TMNT Conversion

I'll add a gear section and a bestiary soon.

But any opinion and suggestion would be of help.
Especially when it comes to spelling. I'm german so if you have some better sentences in mind that would fit better to the content feel free to say so.

EDIT: Of course there will some more Racial and Setting Edges. But not too many.

It's been nearly 4 years since the original post, and one post above from last year noted the file was gone then. Probably just removed for some reason (by the creator or file server).
