Hey, everyone. I'm excited to be returning to CotC after a three year absence. I went in 2008 and met a bunch of the people on this thread and it's so cool that so many of you will be returning.

I'm looking forward to sitting down and gaming with such great people again.

While I'm posting here... I'm wondering if people have an interest in learning to play Monsterpocalypse? Forgive me for posting about a non-PEG game but it's my favourite miniatures game in the whole wide world and I'd love to teach people to play it or (even better) play some games with people that already know how.

If you've never heard of it, Monsterpocalypse is a grid-based miniatures game of kaiju monsters destroying each other and (most likely) the city in the process. Check it out at http://www.monsterpocalypse.com

Das Spielunker will not have a booth at COTC this year - too many other demands on my time right now. I will be there on Friday, October 12, for a few hours to stop in and see everyone. I anyone needs any ammocounters and doesn't want to pay shipping I can bring them.

I plan on attending.

Does anyone know if there will be a vendor on site that sells a good range of Savage Worlds material?

I don't see Beautiful Brains on the vendor list, which is where i got my stuff last year. This year i have a shopping list and am not sure i will be able to get what i want from the con.

I know i could order online, but i like leaving the con with Stuff.

5 hours until work is done. Then I'm off to purchase a jacket since its about 30 degrees colder there. Then home to pack and try to sleep before I catch my flight tomorrow. Brief stop in pa to catch a ride with my bestie then finally off to ohio for the CON!!!!!! I can't wait to see everyone on Thursday. I missed you cats. And dear god it's been almost 2 years since I've gamed.

Hey all! Steve and I are going to run a couple Deadlands Reloaded games on Friday and Saturday from 10am to Noon. They aren't in the system yet, but hopefully will be before they start!

Anyway if you have friends new to Savage Worlds or haven't played in awhile, sign up and see us!

I have what can adequately be described as a "thwack" of Arcane Legions minis looking for a home. If you're going to CotC and want'em send me a PM.

Here's a pic of what's available. It's open but complete!

Is anyone coming to Con on the Cob by way of Sugarcreek, Ohio? There is something I'd really like picked up from there if anyone can facilitate that. Please PM me if you can help me out. Thanks!

Hopefully, I can get into a game with one of you Friday. :-) I'm running an event in that time-frame on Saturday. I run Savage Worlds far more than I get to play it.

I have to say I had a great time and made a number of new friends.

Thanks to those who played in the events I ran, making them very enjoyable for me. Thanks to the GM's who's games I played in, for the great adventures. Finally, thanks to the other players I gamed with, making the whole experience fantastic!!

Hope to see some of you sooner than next year!!

Home from the Cob. Tired. Hungry. Ready to do it again? Damn straight!!

Thanks to my partners in crime for stepping up with the grilling and setup: Kenneth Murray, Michael Sprague, and Glenn Seiler. Thanks as always to Andy and Heather Hopp for letting us do our thang, and to Sean, Carinn, and Craig for doing the booze and set-up schtuff, and thanks for everyone for coming by for a drink, a dog, or a dance! See y'all next year! Sláinte!

It was great seeing everybody at CotC again! It's like a big family reunion every year! Twisted, sick, bizarre family I have. :D

I did lose the email address of the gentleman who wanted me to send the pic I took at the Hell On Wheels game. If you are him, please PM me and I'll get it right to you.
