Basic browser spirit question (classic HoE)

In reading through the Junkman Cometh, it seems that a significant amount of the Junker's power is determined by the interpretation of a paragraph on p 41. "Browser spirits can channel limited amounts of spiritual energy from the Hunting Grounds. A browser can channel one G-ray's worth of energy for each level it has..."

Channel how often? Per action? Per round? Per day? This makes a significant difference in the strength of the Junker - powering Flash Gordon and Shield devices being the most obvious combat applications, but it would seem that even a level 1 Car browser could provide unlimited fuel if the G ray is channeled in actions or rounds (as locomotion drain costs max out at 12 per hour for a quickly accelerating diesel locomotive sized vehicle, and a 1 per-round browser is going to generate 720 per hour).

I've been wondering about that stuff too for a while, or how it works with soultap, since technicaly you could hook it up to your vehicle or weapon as well.

With a soultap and a good spirit a junker can become very powerful, I've been playing mine for quite a while, and I never even had to recharge a battery :P

I believe that this was touched on in the Accumulated Rulings. Though last time i checked, the website was down, and I went in through archive.org to make a personal backup.

Anyways, I believe that it was said that they generate power per round. That's pretty ridiculous, but in practice, your browser probably won't be too terrifying. Remember, you have to build thousands of slots worth of guns to attract a Gun Spirit. Long before then, you'll probably fall to the taint and get a case of lead poisoning.

Not according to my book, which was the OP's original question. It doesn't say per round, it only says 1 point per level. However, it is listed in the accumulated rulings here;

So you are right, but it's not in my book at least.
