Forehead Tattoos: What's up with that?

#1 Postby ScooterinAB » Tue May 05, 2009 12:19 am

So I've boon looking through Brainburners to see any reference to Syker Forehead Tattoos, and I've coem up short. I even found the bit on Sykers loosing their hair, but nothing on tatt's.

Aside from looking baddass (or in the case of NPC's, having a target on your head), was there any detailed purpose or reason for the tatt's? I just love unimportant character details (seriously).

I'd imagine it's like most every other elite military unit, they get marked to show they "belong" to the group. For sykers it naturally makes sense that they put it on their foreheads where it's nice and obvious, so that other psykers or the like think twice before messing with them.

What The One said. It was a way to show off what unit they served in, from what I gather.
